Very Poor. I have not received good service. Something as simple as a repeat prescription should be easy but it is not. When you order a repeat prescription you are advised to wait 3 days, which is fine. I tend to leave it a week to be sure. However, on 3 separate occasions I have tried to collect a prescription and each time I have come away with nothing. It is lucky that the prescription is not essential. The trouble is they do not let you know when the prescription is ready for collection and each time I make a special journey. Today it was because they didn’t have the product available, previously Mayfield surgery failed to communicate properly with the pharmacy. Wholly unsatisfactory. They have offered to contact me on Monday, however, this is not convenient as I am working.

They have run out of certain medications on a couple of occasions. They told me on another occasion they did not have enough of a medication on the phone but when I arrived to collect what they had they found some more. . They have said the doctors surgery joining their pharmacy did not issue the repeat prescriptions on a couple of occasions so I leave empty handed only to call the doctors the following day to find out it had been issued and passed on to them, so I then call the Pharmacy and they have now found the prescription.
