Pretty poor service , poor communication , not organised and they don’t answer the phone . They failed to supply my blood pressure tablets after much chasing and 3 days notice .I will be moving elsewhere I have had enough .

I have just experienced how un-professional Sedbury chemist really is: A member of staff was reading the paper in view of the customers. The pharmacist looked shocked after I challenged them to why after taking time off work, I only got half of my proscription; surely there must be a more modern way of ordering!! Eg: The doctor sends an electronic order, it then gets orders in if not in stock, the customer can then walk in not have to wait there for 15 minutes only to find out that half of it is missing, and then be delivered a smug comment that someone has beat you to it! Whilst I'm having a moan, whist waiting for 15 min, I experienced an elderly member of the already crowded members of staff look for some medicated shampoo, they told the lady that they didn't have any; luckily one of the other members of staff had a look and it was right in front of her!! Not good. In Summary, too many staff, not good at there job and slowest, unfriendly service I have ever experienced! DR Marriott
