i the most laziest and hopeless staff , i had to be in the line each time 30 minutes had been 6 times to collect the medication without success on the 7th time rainy day when no one is waiting got my medicaiton. eventhough there are 5 staff members and 4 customers waiting outside the staff are not able to give medication even in 30 minutes times. the worse waiting time in the whole of UK the Jhoots Bath Newbridge hill pharamcy just fed up with them. Wonder if the managment will address and deal with this un accepatable delays |

My daughter who is 8 months old had an inhaler and tube prescribed by the doctor to help her breath more easily at night. I took it to jhoots pharmacy in lightmoor village Telford and the pharmacist in there told me they could not give me the tube because it said child and not infant. They said it was against the law to do this, this is a lie! They then rang the doctor to get a new prescription and made me go get it and said they would then give me the prescription. The doctor also told them on the phone it made no difference whether it said child or infant on it but they refused to give it me still. I then raced to the Doctors to get this new prescription the doctor told me they were being difficult for no reason and told me to use a different pharmacy in future which I will be doing. I then raced back to the pharmacy to get the prescription and they had only shut the shop and gone home. Knowing full well I was going back there once I had got the prescription off the doctor! The next day I went to a different pharmacy to get my daughters prescription and it was only for the tube me jhoot had kept the one for the inhaler. By the time I got to the shop they had again closed. That’s 2 days my daughter has gone without an inhaler because of this pharmacist! I will never use this shop or pharmacy again!
