My local Boots has failed to come up with my Insulin which they said would be ready on Wednesday of this week. A visit on Thursday revealed that they still didn’t have it. On Friday they still didn’t have it but said they were sorting it out and would call me. So far, they haven’t called so I tried calling them. Guess what? They’ve switched their phone line over to a fax machine. It’s the right phone number according to Boots own website. So I am left with no insulin and can’t get any answers.
