We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

This is one of the worst services from a pharmacy our family have ever experienced and on every occasion ( which is monthly, for our elderly mums prescriptions ). Now they've made it even harder to obtain these monthly prescriptions as they no longer accept the paper repeat prescriptions. We are unable to do it online as we're not at the same Dr surgery so we now have to phone in a very lengthy prescription every month and even then it's never ready in time putting enormous stress on us that she will not have her medication on time or have enough. They're a disgrace!!

"Well"....(emphasis upon the brand).....that was something extremely enjoyable.
To be greeted and be so professionally looked after by such an engaging individual was quite something new.
Humour and a lovely smile can go a long way.....

The staff are always very helpful. Do they best to provide a good service even though it is clear the size of the pharmacy is not big enough for the demand. Very busy due a big nearby surgery. Original Comment Report...
