Following on from my experience this morning, I can report that I eventually got to weldricks in intake by 1130 am.
After supplying my details(as they hav no access to wheatley pharmacy patient records) the pharmacist was most helpful
And my emergency problem solved.
Many thanks

Took in a prescription and waited for it to be dispensed. When I was given the medication I was told they were 8 tablets short, which would be available the next day. Had I been advised before it had been dispensed I would have requested a refund and taken it to another pharmacy. So I attended the following evening to be told they had 6 tablets so owed 2. When I politely (but not amused) asked why they were not there if they were ordered the previous day I was advised it was a supplier problem! Please credit your customers with some intelligence.....a supplier problem but can be delivered daily? Clearly the order had not been checked and increased as required the previous day. She said they could be delivered....2 tablets? what a waste of funds so I attended today to collect the two remaining tablets. Could I expect they would be ready for collection? Of course not......I had to wait 10 minutes for them to be dispensed........poor service at the continued inconvenience of the customer. Original Comment Report...
