    Went to collect my prescription and the lady who served me behind the counter said you haven’t ticked what letter on the prescription form I said I don’t know which one cause I don’t pay for my prescriptions and then (with a cue behind me) in a loud voice she said well why don’t you pay?!?!! I feel so embarrassed and I did not want everyone knowing my business. Date of my visit 22/05/19

    Thank you for taking your time to leave feedback. Sorry to hear that it is not Positive feedback. I am very sorry you have been made to feel this way, this will be followed up at our monthly Pharmacy meetings. Then if needed further customer training could be provided.     My husband came to pick up my prescription which I ordered a week ago today. He had to ask for my oxycodone and was given this okay. But the bag containing the other medication was 4items totally different to the items I ordered. When I rang the surgery was told my prescription I ordered was there waiting for me. I could either throw the other things away or bring them back and they would destroy them. How many times have We seen posters saying don’t order what you don’t need it costs the NHS thousands in wasted drugs. This is not the first mix up with this surgery since I was diagnosed with cancer. I am now leaving your practice. K Kirman
