Same problem every month, 1 item not received, 6 times into the pharmacy, told item no longer available, no phone call just cancelled off prescription, saw doctor about an alternative, new prescription sent to chemist, then told not in stock but will order it in, went back 2 days later, item not even ordered!! This is a vital medication, now been chasing this for nearly a week, terrible service no one seems bothered, and so stressful. | ||||||

I visited the Pharmacy for a health check. A few simple tests were carried out and I was asked a few questions. Only took about 20 minutes. I found it quite interesting and informative with information I would not have known if I had not gone for the health check. I would recommend others to go. | ||||||

My daughter wanted her ears pierced and someone recommended roundwell pharmacy,the lady who done it really put my daughter at ease she was really helpful and didn't try and sell me expensive solutions like some places do | ||||||
