Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I don't often write reviews but I felt like I had to this time. I had a rash which I didn't want to bother the doctor with so I went to the pharmacist. She was so lovely and knowledgeable and even though she was clearly rushed off her feet, she took the time to take me into the consultation room and advise me....she knew exactly what to give me and it worked like a wonder...i wouldn't have been able to see a doctor anyway...this new lady pharmacist was as good as any doctor if not better. I'd go there everything.

Held onto my prescription for 4days
Sent request to doctors thursday , doctors sent to CHEMIST Monday, Thursday they still hadn't started the prescription
Original chemist had left never had a problem
Before, been customer for 25years
The new chemist is rude, repeatedly spoke so you couldn't get a word in edge ways.....horrible horrible person,
I truly would not bother with this chemist unless you are their waiting for your script
