I have a repeat prescription with this pharmacy that my GP surgery have sent them. However I am told I still need to ring in a week before to get them dispensed, which I do. Only once has my prescription been ready a week later. Various excuses have been given - it's the GPs fault, they haven't got the drugs, it's my fault for not realising they have to order the drugs in! This time I got the packet home to find half the tablets were missing, so yet again I'm going to have to waste my time going up there to collect them when they have them in - apparently they are now out of stock a week later. If the chemist knows they have repeat prescriptions then they should order sufficient stock in to cover it!! In-store you are quite often ignored by the counter staff who are quite dismissive and need to learn some customer facing skills. Not impressed overall!!
