This used to be an amazing pharmacy with great staff until Cohen's took it over. Since that happened I have had no end of problems getting my prescriptions delivered. Today I phoned to see if they had a prescription requested on EMIS on 21st Dec and signed off by the doctor the following day. I was categorically told they did not have it. After phoning another pharmacy who I thought might have dealt with my request, that chemist told me that Cohens had claimed it.
On ringing Cohens again they rechecked and found it on a shelf.

I have been using this pharmacy for 12 months and collect a prescription each month. However it is unusual for this to go smoothly! Either an item is missing or the order is doubled up. It's frustrating and time wasting. As it is a prescription that never alters you would think this would be simple to dispense.Recently I arrived to collect my prescription which had been dispensed and bagged up to collect but the assistant 'couldn't let me have it as the pharmacist was at lunch' they had it in her hand but couldn't give it to me and as a result it was placed in a box for the driver to pick up and deliver to me! What a waste of time! | ||||||
