I have used this pharmacy many times for repeat prescriptions for myself and my daughter. All the staff have been very helpful, and efficient. I get a courtesy call to advise when the prescription is ready each time. I can’t fault the service. Thanks. | ||||||

When this pharmacy first opened the service was superb, but its slowly deteriorating.
Original you could ask them to request your repeat prescriptions, and they would phone you when they were ready to collect 5* service.
They have now introduced a system where they stil request the prescription, but you have to remember when to go an collect them.
Went this morning to collect a prescription and it had been dispensed and awaiting checking, there was a long queue.
In a few years when online pharmacies become more dominant, and the small pharmacies are in decline its example like above when have brought the situation about.
