I get my prescriptions delivered. I have to call all the time because its not turned up. That's only if they will answer phone. I tried for 3 days to get through on phone. It rings out and cancels on you so you go back into queue to get through. Then when you get through its lies and excuses for not providing the service they are meant to provide. Its a constant battle with doctors and pharmacy

Very poor service and very poor attitudes from most of the staff. Only 1 staff member who is willing to help as much as possible All other staff in clear need of training

I've had the phone number on redial for 179 times. It's nit busy just taken off hook. What happens in an emergency ? My prescription should have been delivered ered but uts nit turned up. I can't get through to find out why. It's not the best service and know care in the world for people depending on prescriptions.
