I can not fault the staff and service I receive Boots at Buckstone is a extremely busy chemist the staff don't get a minutes rest they are working in very cramped conditions it's about time people appreciated there hard work,the staff have a never ending amount of prescriptions they have to deal with..I am so grateful for my prescriptions getting dealt with and getting a text to say my medication is ready . Thank you to all Staff at Boots . | ||||||

I have been trying to call this pharmacy all afternoon and no one is picking up the phone. I realise that there must be busy times but surely someone could answer the phone! | ||||||

I… I received appalling treatment when I recently visited Boots at Buckstone Edinburgh.The girl on the counter was so rude and the Pharmacist/Manager and his colleague, rather than try and diffuse the situation, basically took her side whereupon I actually felt bullied and vilified.Over a week later my written complaint has not even been acknowledged!?I suffer from severe psychiatric problems which the pharmacist was aware of as my large prescription bag had just been handed to me!In this situation some care and compassion should have been surely shown but clearly this is not something the 3 members of staff in question were interested in.Shame on you.I will take my business elsewhere. | ||||||
