I was very disappointed by Llyods pharmacy I have broken my ankle and had to have emergency pain relief, I asked Llyods if they could please deliver these items for me as I was in cast and wheelchair bound. I was told they were cutting down delivery services and it wouldn’t be possible for that to happen and if I wasn’t happy to contact customer service, I did try that but being on hold for 20 minutes I gave up. Not a very satisfying experience.
