Ordered clinique happy perfume for my wifes birthday was told didnt stock but could order in shop have it sent to aberdare the next day a week and a bit later and three visits to shop not delvered so thus had money back no birthday gift which is monday very unhappy

Boots pharmacy Merthyr Tydfil Town Centre!!! Well what an absolutely diabolical experience. Iv been at the pharmacy counter in numerous occasions. You're made to wait an undue amount of time with no one even lifting their head to acknowledge you or even indicate how long they'll be. Let alone an apology for waiting. Iv list count the amount of times iv been and overheard people complaining because their scripts aren't ready as they should. Items missing and again absolutely no.apology. The manager of the store is rude and obnoxious! And she doesn't seem to have any decent grip on the shabby service going on regularly. Yet it you go up the road to the boots at the retail park it's a completely different experience. Professional manager! Less waiting and iv never had any issues with my prescription! Seriously if you can avoid the town centre store. 0 out of 5 stars.
