Rose Cottage

My dad recently moved into Rose Cottage in December 2021. I have been regularly updated from the beginning about my dad’s progress and the difficulties he was facing. the proprietor of rose cottage was available to me at the end of the phone and I was able to discuss dad’s issues and was reassured of any of my concerns. My dad has since settled in very well following issues with his behaviour at the start of his journey at rose cottage. I can honestly say he loves the home cooked food here and has a good rapport with staff. Whenever I visit the home, whilst staff are always busy they are always happy to accommodate me and are supportive in my requests. Following a recent meeting regarding my dad’s care plan, it was surprisingly very accurate with regards to his needs and his behaviours and his overall assessment in the surprisingly short space of time he has been at rose cottage. This felt very reassuring and I have every confidence in the management and their team that my dad’s final journey living at rose cottage will be a happy one and to know this has put mine and my immediate family’s minds at ease.
