Jan 28 2014 my mother was a resident here for 21/2 years. If I had any complaint or concern it was dealt with immediately. the food is excellent, I spent this weekend there prior to my mother's death. The staff couldn't have done more to make either my mother or myself more comfortable. My mother was regularly turned, changed and her nightdress and bed were changed a number of times. although my mother was asleep the staff talked to her and were cheerful in the hope that she could hear them. I do not think she could have received any better care. If you have a relative who is suffering from dementia I do not think you could find anywhere better than Cooper House for them.
