Jan 26 2018 I was unaware of the previous poor performance of Bankfield Manor so I had no preconceptions. My mother was a dementia sufferer as are most of the residents. During her 2 month stay the care and attention given to my mum were of the highest order. Not just going through the motions but genuine concern as to the well being and care of the resident. I cannot recommend Bankfield highly enough. They also take residents at the council rate without a top up
