Nov 29 2016 Looks are deceptive. while the front of the building is pleasing, the care is awful and management worse. They were hostile towards relatives. An elderly family member stayed there. We were promised safety mats for our elderly family member who had dementia. On arrival we discovered that there were no safety mats, nor low profiling beds nor floor mattresses available. There is a large day room, very noisy and unless there is an activity there is an absence of interaction between staff and resident. In summary, a very inadequate care home with residents left alone which is wholly unsatisfactory and inadequate for elderly people in the last period of their lives.
