Mar 20 2017 From our first contact with the team at Hilgay we felt reassured that this was a good place to entrust with the care of Mum. The home treated Mum with care and respect and made her very comfortable. The food here is well prepared, nutritious and appertising, with most meals home cooked. The staff are protective and treat each resident according to their personal needs and likes. They encouraged mum to socialise, which she loved, and also respected her need for privacy and quiet time. The care given to mum was everything we could have hoped for...and more.
