Dec 23 2015 i would not recomend it at all. staff are not attentive, and there is no stimulative activities provided much in the home. it is very small and has one lift, if lift breaks down then wheelchair users are summoned to there bedroom until its fixed, in my relatives case, it was just over a week. staff attitudes are also very poor, although they meet the criteria of CQC, i would stress that as a person that has had dealing with other care homes this one is by far the most unsatisfactory when it comes to dealing with issues, and staff do not act professional when dealing with complaints. there are better alternatives to this care home, that can provide stimulation, and better qaulity of care.
