Cedar Falls Care Home

My mother was diagnosed with dementia in February this year and we had to urgently find a home that would keep her safe due to her erratic behaviour. We looked around many homes and could not find one we felt would suit my moms needs until we visited CedarFalls. As a family we knew little about dementia but with the support of the home we have been able to settle my mother into her new home. The home feels like a high end hotel and has a luxurious finish to all the rooms. To add to this the staff really do care. They have helped my mother establish friendships with other residents and helped us to arrange a wonderful birthday party. They have regular activities and my Mom has never had such an active social calendar. The home has extremely high standards of cleanliness and nothing was to much trouble when it came to settling my Mom in. From ensuring she has familiar pictures on the walls to saving the cakes we take in the fridge so she can have them for pudding later when we leave. I would highly recommend this home to any one dealing with this difficult illness.
