Sep 20 2023 For the money they charge they provide the cheapest of meals and its institutional there's set days they shower or bath, set times to eat if you don't eat it they offer no alternative. They don't follow policies especially moving and handling.! Definitely do your research and look elsewhere.

Mar 25 2015 This home is wonderful. The clients are dealt with as individuals and treated with utmost respect and dignity. The home is homely, not dated and all who live there seem very happy and content. There is a varied activities calendar for all to join in should they wish, however should they choose not to that is accepted. The staff are all very approachable and seem very up to date with their training and they are plentiful and very accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for clients or visitors. I would strongly recommend this home to anyone, our relative is very happy there.

Jan 29 2015 Unfriendly ,under-staffed all the time, visitors wait 15-20 mins for the front door to be answered, smells unpleasant/ urine,lounges with nothing going on.residents sleeping in chairs around the edge of the rooms,institutional atmosphere.Does not feel welcoming like a real home from home should. Call bells not answered for ages. Very old-fashioned care home ,chronically short-staffed...staff have 8 minutes per resident to carry out personal care apparently.......unacceptable for £525 a week. please visit somewhere else/compare before you choose here, see what other,better care homes have to offer.
