Laburnum Lodge

Laburnum lodge cared for my Mum in October and she is back there now after another stay in hospital. All the staff can’t do enough for her and she is being well cared for and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. If I telephone with any questions they always deal with it there and then or someone will get back to me if they don’t know the answer.She is being encouraged to try different foods and is eating things we’ve been telling her she would like but would never try them before.All the staff that I have spoken/dealt with have been friendly and helpful and I just can’t praise them enough, thank you for what you have done and are still continuing to do for her.

How lucky I was to agree to go there beautiful place spotlessly clean.kitchen provided us with a tasty lovely cooked meal.always hot superb.what can I say about the staff what can I not say great .it was as if he shift was in competition to be better than the previous I thank you all it’s hard to find genuine caring people nowadays.But management of the Laburnam lodge has found them.A special thanks to one member of staff for her help when I was leaving and was there for me thank you I was lucky enough to share my time there was some lovely people hope you can get better soon x

My Dad has been a resident here for the last month. I have nothing but praise for the high quality care he has received. Every time I visit he is washed and shaved and well fed. The environment is clean and although it’s not ideal to be in the position that your loved one needs intermediate care it makes it better knowing how well he’s been looked after. Thanks all.
