May 3 2013 My mother has been living at the Haywain for the past 14 months and during that time we have had no complaints about the facilities or staff. The building is clean and well maintained, the staff are both professional and pleasant. I can testify to occasions when they have gone the extra mile to assist my mother. The bottom line is if I thought the Haywain wasn't a good facility then I would move my mother to another.
