Premier Court is a modern, purpose-built home in the pleasant, peaceful village location of Thorley, in the heart of the Hertfordshire countryside.

The care we offer&
The home provides exceptional standards of care with registered nurses and care assistants providing professional, individualised support in a warm, welcoming environment. We offer care to suit individual needs, including nursing, residential, convalescence, palliative care and respite. We also offer specialist Parkinson&s disease care and care for those with dementia.
Food
Soon after every resident arrives at Premier Court, we will discuss all their food needs and preferences and our experienced chef will then cater for those individual requirements. Appetising meals are freshly prepared, nutritionally checked, and cooked using only the fresh ingredients. A tasty, varied and seasonal menu is provided each day. Residents requiring food between 6.30pm and 6.30am will be fully catered for via our Night Bite menu. Residents can enjoy sociable mealtimes in the dining room overlooking the sensory garden, or eat in the privacy of their own room, if they prefer.
Activities
Taking into account residents& interests and levels of ability, our activity co-ordinator ensures that there is always something stimulating and interesting for everyone to do. Daily activities include arts and crafts, movement to music, flower arranging and gardening. We encourage and support residents if they wish to continue with any existing hobbies. Visiting entertainers often perform at the home, and residents also enjoy pub lunches, outings to garden centres, and shopping trips.

Aug 22 2017 My Mother was greeted by the staff on arrival made her feel welcomed in the first week of being there she was walking with just her Zimmer frame. My Mother is eating the staff always give her a choice and noted her likes and dislikes. They have bathed and washed her hair whilst there which she thoroughly enjoyed . The staff are always happy to help in any way they can
