Mar 9 2018 My Aunts been at Heatherwood for about 3 years now. She's settled in very well, it's warm, friendly and small, everyone knows you, and my Aunts always looked after with dignity. As a family, were happy.

Nov 3 2017 I went to this nursing home as we live close by and were thinking in terms of an elderly relative, I took my daughter with me as she is doing the duke of Edinburgh award and I thought maybe she could volunteer and help out there a couple of hours a week, give back to the commmunity, they had not returned our messages regarding this. As we entered we were asked at reception what we wanted and as I explained the receptionist rudely said they had no time and no we can’t see anybody regarding this or volunteer there and turned rudely away from us. The receptionist then asked someone who let us in! I was flabbergasted and could not believe their rude behaviours didn’t neither could me teenager daughter! Never would I ever choose this place for a loved one , never. Never have I been so humiliated and belittled by a member of staff anywhere.
