The Hockeredge

Excellent care and understanding of patient needs. Staff are eager to assist with patient demands. Well organised with medications. Kitchen staff always willing to supply specific menu choices with attention to those on purée diets. I am always welcomed and my input is readily appreciated. I have no hesitation in reccomending the Hockeredge to those who have to contemplate putting relatives in to care. High standards of cleanlness. Good communication from staff if patient is unwell etc. Staff will work with you to achieve a successful outcome. Consideration given to all needs and requests of patients. Smoking is allowed at two hourly intervals which is strictly supervised in the garden during day.. This nursing home is everything I would want it to be for my brother in law. Thanks to staff and managers for all their help and support. I urge you to visit you won't be disappointed.
