    The managers of Cleveland House go the extra mile when it comes to the care and development of their residents from fully trained staff who are enthusiastic to the leisure and educational opportunities offered. They appear to try to offer a family atmosphere where the individual is key. It stands out in a care system that can sometimes be lacking.
