I worked here for a couple of months. I have made complaints after complaints about what really happens behind closed doors. The staff are rude and abusive to patients and man handle them too. I have seen forged paper work and patients trying to blow the whistle with the manager fully backing her staff and lying. One man left on the toilet for 4 hours and another being found on the floor after falling from bed, unclothed and with the window open. The night staff had disconnected his mattress on purpose. I have blown the whistle and spoken with head quarters with no follow up. I hate that patients are in there. This needs to be investigated right now!!!! |

My dad was here for 7 years before passing away. He died at his home peacefully, without pain and with dignity. What more could I ask for?The staff should be proud of themselves. |

very pleased about the care my sister received during her 10 months stay.Sadly she passed away but not before she could be afforded the very best of end of life care. She was treated with dignity and friendship. the staff always welcomed family and even though they were very busy and often short staffed they made time to answer any questions and to make sure you were happy with what was going on. In the last 48 hrs of my sisters life the staff were exceptional. they showed empathy with the family and cared for the needs of my sister and the family above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend this care home to anybody. Reply from Hollymere House Care Home Tue, 27 Feb 2018 11:32:08 Z We’d like to take a moment to thank you for leaving such a wonderful review of our home.
