Aug 1 2016 This has not enough staff to care for all the residents with complex needs.Carers can only do what they can but this is not good enough.This results in waiting for toilet needs ,residents shouting ,staff in frustration not able to spend any quality time with bed bound patients, waitng for bell to be answered too long at times. Family unhappy with care needs being met .Food not always appropriate to resident's needs.
