Staff provide first-class residential and 24-hour nursing care and support for people with MS and physical disabilities and they also offer an intense rehabilitation program for people with a wide variety of conditions on a long- or short-term basis.

All physiotherapy programs are designed using the most recent research and treatment techniques. They have a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team of professionals including nurses, healthcare assistants, a physiotherapist, two rehabilitation assistants and a visiting GP. The team is focused on offering an holistic, patient-centred approach; based on identified individual goals.

A team of highly-qualified and attentive staff really focuses on the individual needs of residents with a tailored care plan for each person and dedication can be seen across the board - in cooking, hospitality and organised activities for residents.

A purpose-built care centre is situated on the North Devon coast with panoramic views across the Taw Estuary. Tyspane House is set in its own beautifully landscaped gardens within walking distance of the old village of Braunton and close to the glorious beaches and rugged countryside of Exmoor.
