Jun 15 2023 THIS CARE HOME IS UNSAFE AND REQUIRES IMPROVEMENTS. My dad has dementia and is given foods he doesn’t like. The food is cold and raw!!!lifting an individual without referring to their care plan, risk assessment or without using the necessary hoist or equipment. leaving an individual on their own, when their care plan clearly states they should not be left on their own when eating. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!

Apr 7 2013 I had to find a care home for my Aunt, who suffers from dementia. Villarose was recommended to me by someone who already had a member of her family there. My Aunt has been at Villarose now for 2yrs. She is very happy, has a lovely room with ensuite. The food served is wholesome & home cooked. There is no smell around. The staff are always caring, helpful & friendly. I arrive at anytime of the day & have never found anything untoward. The standard of care is excellent.
