Jul 13 2018 I have been visiting a relation who has been in Beaumont Lodge now for 3 weeks. My nephew has been visiting 3 times a day since his mother went to the home and every time we have found excellent care being provided, food excellent and home is exceptionally clean. The staff are always happy and cannot do enough for us when visiting. My nephew spoke to many of the staff and all were very happy working there and have been working at the home for 10 to 12 years (this says something about the Home). I do feel the report carried out by CQC in December 2017 and published February this year does not give a fair assessment of the home, in fact I think the report is certainly damning on the home. Perhaps a further assessment could be carried out as soon as possible as anyone reading the report online would certainly be put-off placing a relation at the Home.
