4 Trinity Court is a residential care home for& six people with learning disabilities. Five of the residents also have physical disabilities.& We support& all residents& to live happy, healthy lives whilst maintaining their personal dignity and respect. We aim to make the home as homely as possible and reflect the preferences and styles of all the residents living here.

    &

Being a long-term home, the staff are able to build their understanding of the residents& needs and preferences and work to meet those needs to provide high quality, person-centred care. The residents at 4 Trinity Court are not able to communicate verbally and have complex medical needs, but we believe that this should not hinder their ability to express themselves. The rooms are all decorated based on the residents& tastes and all residents are encouraged to bring their own belongings.

    &

We promote enjoyable, engaging lifestyles full of individual participation and choice. & We encourage involvement in the community and the development and maintenance of& friendships and contact with families. The wishes of residents and their families are always put first. All our residents are treated with the upmost dignity and respect. Staff are experienced in all aspects of personal care, including feeding, bathing, shaving and the changing of incontinence pads, as well as PEG feeding if needed. The home is equipped with the most up-to-date facilities for administering care; such as adapted baths.

    &

4 Trinity Court is fully accessible for wheelchair users and is fitted with all the latest equipment for assisting in the care of wheelchair users, such as hoists, adjustable beds and pressure relieving equipment. We believe that having limited mobility should not be a barrier to enjoying an active life and all residents are encouraged to be as active as possible and experience a diverse range of life opportunities.
