Nov 4 2015 A feeling of empathetic staff who make the place fun for the residents and themselves A warmth of feeling when entering being greeted and in all appearances after regular vists this is continuous throughout the day. Facilities especially the garden and view of the garden and pond give a positive feel to the accommodation more,home than hospital All necessary facilities for residents have been spotless
