Speirs House is owned and operated by Greensleeves Homes Trust, a ‘not for profit’ charitable organisation providing care and accommodation for older people.
On duty 24 hours a day, the home’s dedicated multi-disciplined team, provide high quality care to meet individual resident’s requirements. Residents are supported by staff to use the available Wi-Fi access and computers to stay in touch with friends and family.
Speirs House’s gardens have been adapted to afford ease of access with walkways and a central courtyard garden providing a quiet, relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
A regular programme of activities is organised with fun and engaging pursuits provided daily. The Speirs House minibus is regularly used for outings to place such as Richmond Park, Chessington Zoo, and shopping trips to nearby New Malden and Kingston upon Thames.
Speirs House is accredited (gained May 2015) in the Eden Alternative philosophy in the care of older people. All residents’ views, choices and preferences contribute to the daily running of their home.
