Thank you - its a pleasureSwarthdale Nursing HomeBy: Anonymous Rating:.. Oct 15 2015 My mother came into the care of swarthdale nursing home when unable to live at home needing nursing care. She was quite insular and not good at making new friends. The care team worked to integrate mum and she came out of herself joining in with activities and sing alongs.The catering staff got to work and she rekindled her appetite. When my mothers health started to fail the nursing care was all you could ask for . The nurses were friendly and kind and kept us informed about what was happening and what was best for mum. Sadly mum passed away in September 2015 and the caring approach focused on the family and gave us comfort. Staff were at the funeral and donations were given to the amenity fund. On visiting swarthdale since mums passing we were given a warm welcome and support.
