Whitelow has been an excellent choice for my friend after breaking her hip, undergoing an operation and being unable to return home living independently.
At Whitelow, all staff are very friendly, professional and have been extremely caring towards my friend. The home is run efficiently, has good cleanliness, good communication, and operates a well run care home. It is always a huge life decision when a family member /friend needs full time care, but Whitelow has managed this transition with sensitivity and kindness. The nursing staff have been on the ball and have cared for my friend with speed and dignity. I have no hesitation in recommending this care home for families seeking a caring, attentive and suitable 24hr caring facility for their loved one. |

Mum has been a resident here for 3 years now and has been very happy. The views of the bay are breathtaking and the care home has a very warm and homely appeal. Staff are always friendly and obliging and keep us up to date with mum's health issues. The added bonus of Whitelow House is the resident dogs who give mum a lot of pleasure as she has always loved dogs. I would happily recommend Whitelow House to anyone with a relative suffering dementia and wanting a home from home placement. |
