May 1 2014 I can not fault the staff at Waltham Hall who took great care of my Aunty and Uncle who stayed there for a spell during an illness. They both required care and the staff made this time so much easier than we thought it would be. The care was excellent and we couldn't believe how flexible the care was. whatever was needed was arranged including appointments to hospital, transport and even the hairdresser! The food was fresh every day and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for care for someone they know or a relative.The care was so good that my uncle got better quicker than expected and has now fully recovered from his illness. My aunty still goes back to Waltham Hall occasionally for respite care when we go away which makes our holiday better as we know she is safe and well cared for.
