Tudor Grange Care Home

I have been impressed by the level of care given. Sometimes, basic housekeeping tasks such as making beds and tidying up can be a bit lacking. But that is a minor point. Overall, attention is given to individual care, and the staff are cheerful. A staff member, who until recently was one of the two people in charge has been exceptional in paying heed to the needs of my godmother - not just physically, but emotionally, too. This is not to criticise the other senior member of staff: it's simply that they have been intimately involved in various personal matters involving my godmother, and showed real sensitivity. Despite reading about the financial problems facing Four Seasons, I feel happy that my godmother is in a suitable, efficient and caring environment.
