Willow bank has given our grandmother Mavis and our family the best possible dignified and peaceful experience in the last hours of her life. The family will be forever grateful and thankful for the staff who were all very welcoming friendly and attentive when we needed it the most. The home itself is exceptionally clean and sweet smelling with a lovely homely feel and the residents appeared to be happy and content on all occasions we visited. Our only regret is that our grandmother did not get to spend longer in the care of willow bank. Thank you all the lovely staff who made our final hours together as comfortable as possible.
Kind regards Mavis family members |

My father spent 5 months in Willow Bank before he sadly passed away, the home its self is spotless not like some of the homes I visited and they smelt of poorly old people. The staff I could not ask for anymore than was given they were brilliant nothing was too much trouble for them, they looked after my father so well and catered for his every need, I really can not praise them enough, they treated every patient staying there with the highest of respect just as it should be.
I certainly would recommend Willow Bank to anyone looking for a nursing home they are certainly worth more than 5 stars. |
