May 17 2019 As soon as we walked into Ferndale the carers could not be more helpful and friendly. The home is small and personal with a real warm welcoming feeling throughout. Every where is exceptionally clean and tidy and the gardens are lovely. My father in-law settled in straight away and was given the friendly care and attention that he needs. He loves the food and is especially happy in the TV room. His room is lovely and clean with a very comfy bed. The ladies always is a very friendly man. He took the time to spend with us to get to know more about Dad and how him and the team can make his stay in his new home as nice as possible We feel relieved and happy that he is being well looked after and is enjoying his new home with his new friends :)
