Could not have wished for better. The carers were brilliant and talked and laughed with us when appropriate, Foocaring and supportive. Food excellent, fresh ingredients, may I add very capable chefs.Glad to get home now but still miss Dovecote Lodge. |

Excellent care being given to my mum who has been there now for nearly 3 weeks. She has broken ankle andvis unable to move around on her own at moment until pot is removed. Diet needs been met as gluten free, staff attend promptly when called by wrist buzzer. Pleasant, caring and friendly staff in a lovely clean envorinment. |

This place is nothing short of fantastic, they are looking after my 92 year old Mum extremely well. All the staff are really good and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. The place is clean, warm and comfortable and the food is very varied and good. The residents are safe and well looked after. I do not know what the CQC look at but their report bares no resemblance to the service offered by Dovecote Lodge. |
