At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
We understand that meals are a very important part of our Residents’ day, our menus cover a variety of choices for each meal and a choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
Family and friends join Residents for meals which are served in one of the dining rooms or, if our Residents wish, they can choose to eat in the privacy of their own rooms.

Our Activities Co-ordinator spends time with Residents to ensure popular pastimes are included within the weekly activities calendar which is displayed in the home, this includes:

Nov 11 2017 My Dad was admitted to Snapethorp Hall on the 5 th November 2017. They gave him his dignity back! And showed the greatest respect and compassion towards him throughout his last few months. Also the level of care and support they gave to my Mum during this difficult time was fabulous. They nursed him with dignity, a lot of humour and .....much to his satisfaction.. a little tot of something on an evening because it wouldn’t do him any harm. Lovely environment and a fabulous team. Sorry it’s taken so long to write this review. Much gratitude from the family xx

Jan 31 2016 My father in law John Nicholson was in this nursing home for the last couple of months of his life he was really well looked after around the clock right up till he passed away on 29th January 2016 we couldn't of wished for a better place for him I would highly recommend this home to anyone xx
