    Our mother was only in FM fir a short period after spending a long time in hospital before succumbing to her illnes . She was so happy and relieved to arrive and delighted with her room. It was immaculately clean bright and airy . The care she received from the staff was exceptional . The kindness and support shown to her and to us as a family is something we shall always carry with us. Every member of staff is upbeat , friendly and there is a calm happy atmosphere about FM . Wonderful, caring , professional people .

    Mum was cared for in flixton manor for almost 2 years until her death in June 2017. The care my mum received was outstanding and very caring . Mums dignity was kept at all times . The staff always told mum what they were doing . Mum was very vulnerable as she could no longer walk ,eat or do anything for herself , we felt safe leaving mum in the care of the staff and management of flixton manor. Mums death was dealt with in a very gentle manner and talked us through every step . They were very supportive of my dad who was having difficulty with losing mum. .so glad we found flixton manor for mums last years and will always be thankful to the caring and hardworking staff of flixton manor .
