    Can’t praise the staff at Stephenson Court enough. I saw this home at its worst last year and into early 2018. It was hard to defend and remain loyal but I stuck with it and pleased I did. Stephenson Court is now a brilliant Care Home. The manager is like a breath of fresh air and has completely transformed the place. The new staff are fantastic and the existing team are now really caring and passionate about what they do and their restored pride is apparent every time you visit.

    They are looking after a family friend and i have never seen staff with such passion to look after their clients with 100% of their needs being met. Its improved alot in the past few weeks and its great to see the difference its made in not just my friend but all the residents living there. Keep up the good work!

    The staff are ok but could do a lot better with the correct support input of the management. The home lacks enough staff to care properly for the residents and activities are next to non so you will find residents either in their room or sitting in the main lounge asleep as there is nothing to keep them motivated.The home is clean i couldn't fault that but there are issues with staff making sure that the residents receive enough fluids because there is never enough staff to ensure that this is done. The home could do with a good shake up in my opinion and it is just a pity that the owners do not seem to be bothered about making sure that their home is run in the correct caring manner that all homes should be ran under.
