Oct 31 2015 really caring staff.very nice surroundings.always very clean and smells nice.The residents are very well looked after. They are always dressed nicely and hair combed ect. The food is good and there is a choice,The staff are wonderful when looking after the .residents. they are very patient,very caring and they are always smiling and happy They really are a fantastic bunch of people. I know that I dont have to worry about my mum because she is looked after so well by the hard working staff.

Always happy to explain any worries or concerns family members may have. They look after their residents very well, showing compassion, empathy and care. Their staff are helpful and quick to respond to any query, the manager has an excellent approach to care and staffing whilst making sure the home is upto the most current high standards. The home is inviting, with a great environment, it is beautifully equipped and decorated to home residents, dementia patients as well as those with special health needs. The home engages the community through projects and activities that aim to improve the lives of the residents and community. I would absolutely recommend this home and others like it to anyone. Very happy.
