Feb 11 2016 Very happy with the care, carers have a friendly personality and make the home feel like a big family. The food is good, with facilities for family members to share a meal with a resident. Regarding the laundry, clothes are immaculate and are washed regularly. Staff like to see residents looking neat and tidy. PAT dog visits.
Original Comment Report...Skirbeck CourtBy: Julie Rating:.. Mar 18 2015 When we set foot into Skirbeck Court we were welcomed by friendly, caring staff, it had such a homely feel. Mum was so happy to be there, she enjoyed the activities and amazing staff that always managed to have time for a chat even though they were so busy. Mum especially liked having Tigger the cat as a companion in her room. The Christmas party is a wonderful memory that I will treasure as she passed away two weeks later. The staff were brilliant and supportive to all our family, nothing was too much trouble. Skirbeck Court is a wonderful care home. It is well kept and all staff are caring and compassionate and make it fun to be there.

I would like to say well done to the manager and staff who work hard to make this a lovely home for all residents and for us to visit and feel contented.
